Newborn Classes
The Pediatric Center works alongside EIRMC and Mountain View Hospital to help provide newborn classes for parents.
Newborn Classes
The arrival of your baby is a moment you’ll never forget, and feeling informed can make all the difference. We proudly partner with local hospitals to offer newborn and childbirth classes designed to help you prepare with confidence. Learn about the stages of labor and delivery, what to expect during your hospital stay, early newborn care, and breastfeeding basics — all led by experienced pediatric professionals. Each class also includes a tour of the labor and postpartum units, so you can feel comfortable and familiar with your surroundings before the big day.
For class schedules and registration information, please contact your preferred hospital directly.
For questions about your child’s health, please contact us at 208-523-3060.

“We absolutely love The Pediatric Center! Dr Edwards has been our doctor since our oldest was just a toddler and he is fabulous. Level headed, outside the box thinker and knows when to worry and when to chill…he has never been wrong through all the years with my worries!! He caught our daughter’s very unusual case of a ruptured appendix.“
“All my children have been seen at the pediatric center for most of their lives. I have been consistently impressed. My favorites are Edwards and Aughney, but there are many other awesome doctors there. I love that they have hours every day- including Sunday. Would (and often do) recommend highly to anybody looking for a pediatrician.“
“Our family has been going to the Pediatric Center for 15 years! We love how caring and sweet everyone treats us all. We are treated like friends and not just another patient! We are remembered by the docs and nurses and always feel welcomed! We miss Dr Groberg, but absolutely love Dr Anderson!! Aughney, Edwards, and all of the PA’s are wonderful!! I won’t ever recommend or go to another Pediatric Office!“
